What does your cladding say about your business?

Unknown-9Investing cladding for your office space, show room, store front and so on can be a costly service, but it’s definitely an investment that can benefit your business.

Good cladding shows that you care about how your business is presented to your colleagues, suppliers, customers and the general public. That you take in pride in how your business looks to passers by.

Like many things, the work doesn’t end as the cladding being installed, it requires a degree of maintenance to keep up the presentation. Something we often see is that the original state of the cladding is not kept in as good condition as it once was.

Poor maintenance of your company’s ‘face’ as it were, may give the wrong impression to other businesses you work with and potential clients, that you don’t care how you come across to them.

Think about it, how many times have you avoided a building or a shop simply because it was in poor condition, looked messy? It’s not a good message to put out there.

This can be the result of different factors such as money, lack of knowledge, forgetfulness and most importantly time. So let’s address these issues and see if we can come up with a solution.

Money. – Because cladding can be expensive to fit the common misconception is that the cleaning and maintenance will be expensive too, when this isn’t really the case.

It’s not pennies, but we can guarantee it’s not as much as you thought. Also, when it comes to how you’re presenting yourself, the investment of maintenance is just as worth it as the cladding itself. The price will obviously vary depending on the size and demands of the individual job.

Lack of knowledge. – We believe that many people just don’t know that regular maintenance is required for cladding. If you’re not sure, then please feel free to get in touch with us, we’d be happy to come and give our professional advice.

Forgetfulness. – Not everyone doesn’t take care of their cladding, or at least try to, but it can be time consuming. To fix this we would suggest arranging a regular monthly or bi-monthly maintenance appointment, meaning you won’t have to worry or stress about it being done.

Time. – Time is the biggest constraint present when it comes to doing your own maintenance. Why take away time for your field of expertise to perform a less than mediocre job in our area of expertise? It doesn’t make sense.

Spend your valuable time focusing on what you’re good at and let us do the ‘dirty work’ that we’re good at!
